骨髓炎术后合并糖尿病性周围神经病理性疼痛患者的护理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例骨髓炎术后合并糖尿病性周围神经病理性疼痛患者的护理体会。针对该例患者术后合并糖尿病性神经病理性疼痛,疼痛类型复杂、程度剧烈、血糖波动不稳定、创面感染等主要问题,采取分阶段个体化镇痛、精准化血糖管理、积极控制感染、目标导向性营养支持、全程心理护理等措施。经过精心治疗与护理,患者疼痛评分控制在2~3分,术后第15天顺利出院。术后随访6个月,患者疼痛控制良好。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain after osteomyelitis surgery. In view of the main problems of this patient with diabetic neuropathic pain after surgery,such as complex type of pain,severe degree of pain,unstable fluctuation of blood glucose,and wound infection,the main measures such as staged individualized analgesia,precise blood glucose management,infection control,nutritional support,and whole-course psychological nursing were taken. After careful treatment and nursing,the patient's pain score was controlled at 2-3 points,and he was discharged 15 days after operation. During 6 months of follow-up,the patient's pain was well controlled.
