生半夏中毒继发喉水肿患者行中西医多学科协作的护理

Nursing care of a patient with laryngeal edema secondary to pinellia ternata poisoning treated by multidisciplinary cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine

摘要： 总结1例生半夏重度中毒继发喉水肿的护理体会。针对该例患者反复喉头水肿、呼吸困难、窒息等主要问题,采取多学科协作救治、控制中毒性喉水肿、生姜配伍解毒、改良式洗胃术解毒、分阶段实施心理护理。经过6 d治疗及护理,患者病情稳定出院;出院后随访3个月,患者状况良好。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a case of laryngeal edema secondary to severe poisoning of pinellia ternata. In view of the main problems such as recurrent laryngeal edema,dyspnea and asphyxia of this patient,multidisciplinary collaborative treatment,control of toxic laryngeal edema,ginger compatibility detoxification,modified gastric lavage detoxification,and staged psychological nursing were carried out. After 6 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's condition was stable and discharged from the hospital. During 3 months of follow-up after discharge,the patient was in good condition.
