上消化道大出血患者行复苏性主动脉球囊阻断止血的急救护理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例上消化道大出血患者行复苏性主动脉球囊阻断止血的急救及护理体会。针对该例患者出血量大、出血部位不明、病情危重且进展迅速、需快速控制出血维持生命体征等问题,采取快速识别病情并限制性液体复苏、急诊床边行复苏性主动脉球囊阻断紧急止血、严密观察缺血和再灌注损伤等措施。经过13 d的积极治疗与精细化护理,患者救治成功,顺利出院。出院后随访3个月,状况良好。

Abstract: To summarize the first aid and nursing experience of resuscitative aortic balloon occlusion for hemostasis in a patient with massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. In order to solve the problems of this patient,such as large amount of bleeding,unknown location of bleeding,critical condition with rapid progress,and the need to quickly control bleeding to maintain vital signs,we took measures such as rapid disease identification and restricted fluid resuscitation,emergency bedside resuscitated aortic balloon occlusion for emergency hemostasis and close observation of ischemia and reperfusion injury. After 13 days of active treatment and meticulous nursing,the patient was successfully treated and discharged from the hospital. The patient was followed up for 3 months after discharge and was in good condition.
