《院前急救待援期公众应对措施专家共识》解读

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中华医学会急诊医学分会、中国医师协会急诊医师分会、解放军急救医学专业委员会于2022年5月10日发表了《院前急救待援期公众应对措施专家共识》,强调公众在院前急救待援期“第一时间”对患者进行施救的重要性。为公众应对院前急救待援期营造支持的社会环境是必要前提,通过政府主导及多行业参与优化急救培训体系,培养具有娴熟急救能力的“第一目击者”,提高全民急救施救率,从而保障人民群众的生命安全。

Abstract: The Emergency Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association,the Emergency Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association,and the Emergency Medicine Professional Committee of the People's Liberation Army published an expert consensus on public response measures during the pre-hospital first aid waiting period on May 10,2022. It emphasized the importance of the public to rescue patients‘at the first time’ in the pre-hospital emergency waiting period. It is a necessary prerequisite to create a supportive social environment for the public to cope with the pre-hospital emergency waiting period. Through government-led and multi-industry participation,the first aid training system will be optimized to cultivate the‘first witness’ with skilled first aid ability,improve the first aid rescue rate of the whole people,so as to ensure the life safety of the people.
