脑干肿瘤术后并发神经源性肺水肿患儿的护理

摘要： 总结1例脑干肿瘤术后患儿并发神经源性肺水肿的护理体会。护理要点：早期识别,高效救护;强化气道管理,改善机体氧供;限制性液体管理;目标性镇静镇痛管理;心理护理。经过积极的救治与护理,患儿于术后第10天病情平稳后转入神经外科继续治疗,术后第33天康复出院。

关键词: 脑干肿瘤, 肺水肿, 儿童, 手术后护理, 危重病护理

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of complicated neurogenic pulmonary edema after the surgery in a child with brain stem tumor. Important nursing points：early identification and efficient emergency care,strengthening of airway management and improving the body's oxygen supply,restrictive liquid management and target sedative analgesia management,and psychological care. After active treatment and nursing,the child was transferred to neurosurgery department after the postoperative condition was stable on the 10th day after surgery,and recovered and discharged on the 33rd day after the surgery.
