Introduction and interpretation of the checklist for reporting results of internet e-surveys
With the increasingly widespread application of Internet technology in nursing research，including digital literature retrieval and scientific data sharing，online surveys have emerged as a predominant trend，gradually replacing traditional paper-based methods. Online surveys utilizing the checklist for reporting results of internet e-surveys（CHERRIES） offer a standardized framework for related research，boasting advantages such as rapid data collection，automated data entry，and reduced potential for human error，thereby facilitating the acquisition of high-quality results. This paper provides an in-depth interpretation and analysis of the eight sections and 30 items outlined in the CHERRIES checklist，aiming to establish a foundation for more systematic and standardized online survey research in China.
