Introduction and interpretation of the checklist for reporting results of internet e-surveys
With the increasingly widespread application of Internet technology in nursing research, including digital literature retrieval and scientific data sharing, online surveys have emerged as a predominant trend, gradually replacing traditional paper-based methods. Online surveys utilizing the checklist for reporting results of internet e-surveys(CHERRIES) offer a standardized framework for related research, boasting advantages such as rapid data collection, automated data entry, and reduced potential for human error, thereby facilitating the acquisition of high-quality results. This paper provides an in-depth interpretation and analysis of the eight sections and 30 items outlined in the CHERRIES checklist, aiming to establish a foundation for more systematic and standardized online survey research in China.
