Abstract: Standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the gold standard for saving patients with cardiac arrest,but for patients with prone position,turning to supine position for cardiopulmonary resuscitation requires additional human resources,and increases the time of the brain and heart without blood flow,which misses the "golden time" of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Therefore,this paper provides a reference basis for clinical practice by integrating the existing evidence and reviewing from the origin and development of prone position cardiopulmonary resuscitation,guidelines recommendations,implementation principles,key technical points,defibrillation,effectiveness and feasibility,safety and limitations.
