Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of one patient with severe rhabdomyolysis and multiple organ failure caused by a novel coronavirus infection. Due to the acute stage of COVID-19 leading to dyspnea，multiple organ failure，activity intolerance，ICU syndrome，and other nursing problems，targeted etiological treatment，continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT） combined with prone ventilation strategy，early rehabilitation，psychological support， and other measures were adopted. After his condition improved on the 60th day，the patient was transferred to the respiratory department for further treatment and was discharged on the 78th day of admission.
