急性心肌梗死患者左心室辅助装置植入术后并发下腔静脉血栓的护理

Abstract

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with inferior vena cava thrombosis complicated after left ventricular assist device implantation. For patients with postoperative inferior vena cava thrombosis,changes in consciousness,and complications of arrhythmia,anticoagulation management and bleeding prevention should be done well,and early countermeasures should be taken by identifying arrhythmia. We did a good job in infection control,and provided early rehabilitation exercises and other measures for the disease progression. After treatment and nursing,he was transferred from the ICU to the general ward 63 days later.
