严重多发伤合并隐匿性膈疝患者的急救护理

Abstract

Abstract: This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with severe multiple injuries complicated with concealed diaphragmatic hernia. In view of the characteristics of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia,such as strong concealment and lack of specificity,some measures were taken,such as the application of trauma team treatment mode led by trauma nurses,rapid identification of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia,application of limited fluid resuscitation,and timeliness management of process. After 27 days of treatment and nursing,the patient was transferred to the rehabilitation hospital in a stable condition and continued rehabilitation treatment.
