Abstract: The article reviewed the clinical characteristics and nursing progress of infection in recipients of liver transplantation from organ donation after citizens' death(DCD). It was proposed that the infection after DCD liver transplant not only had complex pathogens, but also had a high early infection rate and diverse infection sites. In addition to the traditional predisposing factors, some new factors need to be paid attention to,such as donor-derived infection and marginal donor liver. Although organ donation has become the most important way of obtaining donor livers in China, currently there is a lack of nursing standards for infection after DCD liver transplantation in China, which needs to be further explored.
