Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a case of Clostridium perfringens infection caused by pecking injury of chicken. In terms of wound infection,fluid volume balance and rehabilitation,early detection,early reporting,early treatment and continuous monitoring should be carried out; and targeted wound care,goal-directed continuous renal replacement therapy nursing and rehabilitation management and other measures were also implemented. After 28 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's condition was stable and discharged. The patient was followed up for 3 months after discharge and the condition was good.
