Abstract:

This paper summarized the emergency care experience of a patient with penetrating craniocerebral injury relying on the medical-police collaborative model and information-based early warning platform. Given the rarity of craniocerebral penetrating injuries, the rapid progression and ever-changing condition of the disease, and the urgent need for professional trauma teams to assess and expedite emergency surgical procedures, measures such as establishing a police-medical collaborative rescue platform to shorten pre-hospital transfer time, moving triage forward to optimize the rescue process, effectively fixing exposed foreign objects to reduce secondary injuries, maintaining airway patency and implementing stepwise respiratory support management, and using air suspension transfer technology for safe transportation were adopted. Through efficient teamwork and technological innovation, the patient was discharged 12 days after surgery and was able to take care of themselves six months after discharge during follow-up.
