Research progress of psychosocial adaptation in patients after permanent pacemaker implantation

Abstract: Psychosocial adaptation is a process in which individuals constantly adjust themselves to adapt to environmental changes in order to maintain the best state of physical and mental environment. The low level of psychosocial adaptation of patients after pacemaker implantation can lead to serious adverse events such as self-harm and suicide. This paper reviews the concepts,influencing factors and intervention measures of psychosocial adaptation,aiming to provide reference for clinical staff to implement scientific psychological guidance and intervention.
