Abstract: To summarize the phase I cardiac rehabilitation nursing experiences for 7 patients after magnetically levitated left ventricular assist device implantation. In view of the severe postoperative conditions，decreased exercise capacity，and complex device management after magnetically levitated left ventricular assist device implantation，we provided comprehensive pre-rehabilitation assessment，respiratory and motor function training，device parameter and safety management，electrocardiogram and mean arterial pressure monitoring，and management of the percutaneous lead wound. After an active treatment and care of 35-61 days，the patients were discharged. The patients recovered well during follow-up of 3 months after discharge.
