The review of rhythmic stimulation for preterm infants in NICU

Abstract: The perception of rhythmic ability in premature infants affects their future development of social interaction and social ability,while the NICU environment cannot provide premature infants with the same frequency of rhythmic stimulation in the uterus. This article summarizes the significance and principle of rhythmic stimulation in NICU premature infants,the application and effect of single,dual and multiple rhythmic stimulation interventions in premature infants,in order to provide reference for medical staff to understand and implement rhythmic stimulation intervention in premature infants.
