Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with erythroderma after hepatectomy for traumatic hepatic rupture. In view of the patient's problems such as skin damage, severe swelling and fluid seepage, difficulty in venous catheter puncture and fixation,multi-drug-resistant bacteria combined with fungal infection,a multidisciplinary nursing collaboration team was quickly established to select appropriate intravenous catheters,do pipeline maintenance, prevent bacterial invasion of damaged wounds, take good skin care, and actively control infection. Scientific individualized nutrition management and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis treatment and nursing were implemented. We strengthened disease knowledge education and implemented cognitive reconstruction and negative emotion management strategies to improve patients' anxiety and depression. After 67 days of careful treatment and nursing, the patient's condition was improved and he was discharged. The patient was followed up for 3 months after discharge and recovered well.
