Nursing care of patients with human parvovirus B19 infection after renal transplantation

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of human parvovirus B19(HPV-B19) infection after kidney transplantation. Aiming at the problem that patients with HPV-B19 infection after kidney transplantation were prone to rejection,infection and adverse drug reactions during antiviral therapy,the observation of rejection and early symptoms of infection,the guide to take standard immunosuppressive drugs,various measures and health guidance for infection prevention were implemented. Adverse drug reactions were monitored during intravenous immuno-globulin,and a ward HPV-B19 management system was established to prevent the occurrence of complications related to antiviral treatment. Thirty-seven patients with HPV-B19 infection after renal transplantation were dis-charged after comprehensive treatment and nursing. Four patients were hospitalized again because of the recurrence of HPV-B19 infection after discharge,and recovered after hospitalization treatment.
