Abstract:

Objective Apply the standardized aviation medical rescue admission procedure to shorten the aviationmedical rescue response time and improve rescue efficiency. Methods we selected 81 cases of aviation medical rescue cases that were sent to our hospital through 96195 service platform/public platform from January 2017 to November 2019. Among them, 40 patients who received the standardized procedure from July 1,2018 to November 30, 2019 were considered as the experimental group, 4cases from January 1,2017 to May 31,2018 were the control group and received routine procedures. Compared the response time of aviation medical rescue, the success rate of rescue,the correet rate of the disease assessment by doctors before the transfer, and the integrity rate of preparing rescue supplies by nurses. Results After the implementation of the standardized process , the time of illness assessment by doctors , the preparation time of rescue supplies ,the time of medical staff arrival at the apron, and the average response time of the rescue in experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The success rate of aviation medical transport, the correct rate of the assessment by doctors before the transfer,and the integrity rate of preparing the rescue supplies by nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were sta-

tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the standardized aviation medical rescue admission procedure can effectively shorten the rescue response time , thereby improve the rescue efficiency and the success rate of rescue.
