Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a case of laryngeal edema secondary to severe poisoning of pinellia ternata. In view of the main problems such as recurrent laryngeal edema,dyspnea and asphyxia of this patient,multidisciplinary collaborative treatment,control of toxic laryngeal edema,ginger compatibility detoxification,modified gastric lavage detoxification,and staged psychological nursing were carried out. After 6 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's condition was stable and discharged from the hospital. During 3 months of follow-up after discharge,the patient was in good condition.
