Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with acute mesenteric venous thrombosis secondary to lung cancer. In terms of the abdominal pain presenting in lung cancer patients with severe chest pain,nurses patrolled and assessed patient's condition in time,valued on the patient's main complaint of abdominal pain,got early diagnosis of acute mesenteric venous thrombosis to get time for subsequent treatment. During the course of the patient's anticoagulation therapy,nurses promptly assessed the patient's bleeding risk and bleeding tendency,balanced the contradiction between anticoagulation and bleeding. Multi-team cooperation care ran through the whole rescue process. The patient was smoothly discharged from the hospital after 20 d of care.
