Abstract: To summarize the nursing points of intestinal transplantation recipient who underwent combined liver-intestinal transplantation. According to the lack of rejection clinical specificity,acute and chronic renal failure and high incidence of infection in patients after operation,rejection was closely monitored,all kinds of monitoring were performed during plasma exchange to prevent antibody mediated rejection; implement precise fluid management to maintain kidney function; protective isolation measures were developed to actively prevent infection during the whole process; individualized rehabilitation and nutrition support were given to promote recovery. After 114 days of active treatment and nursing,the patient was transferred to the general ward for rehabilitation,and recovered 3 months later. 11-months follow-up after discharge showed that the patient was in good condition.
