弥漫性泛细支气管炎合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理

Abstract

Abstract: To summarize the practical experience of nursing in patients with diffuse panbronchiolitis. The patient had dyspnea because of hypoxemia and hepercapnia,respiratory dysfunction because of sputum coughing difficulty and specific histopathological changes. The main points of nursing included：taking targeted oxygen therapy strategy and implementing precise expectoration technology,staged respiratory function exercises. The patient was improved and discharged from the hospital 16 days later.
