Nursing of septic shock caused by fusarium infection in a patient with severe burn

Abstract: To summarize the nursing of septic shock caused by Fusarium infection in patient with severe burn. Nursing points:active fluid resuscitation and strength of fluid management. During the change of dressing,the infected wound and dressing should be strictly managed to avoid the spread of infection. Nurses optimized the management of wound negative pressure suction; strengthened eye protection to prevent infectious keratitis; enhanced environmental cleaning and disinfection to avoid cross-infection. The vital signs of the patient became stable and the infection was effectively controlled after two months of anti-inflammatory treatment, but the patient's family gave up the treatment for financial reasons later.
