摘要： 目的 了解ICU设备警报相关不良事件第二受害者创伤恢复过程。 方法 基于程序化扎根理论，对21名护士进行半结构式访谈、资料分析及建模。 结果 ICU设备警报相关不良事件第二受害者创伤恢复过程包括评价期、激荡期、恢复期、控制期和持续期5个阶段；不良事件伤害性程度不同，ICU护士创伤恢复时间规律各异。 结论 创伤恢复过程受警报反复出现和工作控制能力影响。 管理者应结合复苏模型采取完善压力管理体系、增强工作控制能力、更新人力配置及人才培养机制等综合措施以改善ICU护士第二受害者现状。

Abstract: Objective To understand the ICU nurses’ trauma recovery process as the second victims of clinical alert-related adverse events. Methods Based on programmed grounded theory，semi-structured interviews，data analysis，and model construction were conducted with 21 nurses. Results The trauma recovery process of ICU nurses as the second victims of adverse events related to clinical alerts includes five stages院evaluation，storming， recovery，control，and duration. The trauma recovery time of ICU nurses varies against different severity of adverse events. Conclusion the process of trauma recovery is affected by alert recurrence and work control ability. Administrators should combine the resuscitation model and take comprehensive measures，including improving stress management system and enhancing work control ability，as well as updating manpower allocation and talent training mechanism，to improve the current situation of ICU nurses’ as second victims.
