家庭参与模式在ICU患者康复护理中应用的最佳证据总结

摘要：

目的提取并汇总国内外关于家庭成员参与ICU患者康复护理的最佳证据，为ICU患者康复护理中家庭参与模式的规范化实践提供循证基础。方法依据证据资源“6S”模型系统检索相关网站和国内外数据库中与家庭参与模式在ICU患者康复护理中应用的相关文献，包括指南、专家共识、系统评价、综述、原始研究等，检索时限为建库至2025年11月20日，由两名研究者独立进行文献筛选、质量评价、证据分级及汇总。结果最终纳入文献18篇，包括4篇指南、1篇专家共识、7篇系统评价、3篇综述、2篇类实验研究、1篇随机对照试验，最终形成了19条证据，归纳为前期准备、团队保障、干预前评估、干预方案、中止标准、效果评价6个方面。结论在康复护理中规范引入家庭参与模式有助于提升ICU患者康复成效并提升患者家属的满意度，基于多学科协作与科学保障，总结的最佳证据为家庭参与模式在ICU康复护理中的临床应用和标准化实践提供了循证依据。

Abstract:

Objective To extract and synthesize the best evidence on family participation in the rehabilitation care of ICU patients，aiming to provide an evidence-based foundation for standardized practice of family-involved care model in ICU rehabilitation nursing. Methods According to the “6S” model of evidence resources，relevant literature on the application of family involvement model in ICU patient rehabilitation nursing was systematically searched in relevant websites and domestic and international databases，including guidelines，expert consensus，systematic reviews，reviews，and original research. The search period was from database inception to November 20，2025. Literature screening，quality assessment，evidence grading，and synthesis were independently conducted by two researchers. Results A total of 18 articles were included，comprising four guidelines，an expert consensus，seven systematic reviews，three general reviews，two quasi-experimental studies and one randomized control study. Nineteen pieces of evidence were summarized across six domains，including preparation，team support，pre-intervention assessment，intervention protocol，withdrawal criteria，and outcome evaluation. Conclusion Standardizing family participation in ICU rehabilitation nursing helps improve patient outcomes and family satisfaction. Based on multidisciplinary cooperation and scientific support，the summarized evidence offers evidence-based reference for the clinical application and standardized practice of family participation model in ICU rehabilitation nursing.
