重症患者自理能力的研究进展

摘要： 自理能力是个人维持日常生活的一项基本能力，重症患者常伴随自理能力依赖，加之ICU后综合征的影响，重症患者转出ICU后可能会出现长期的自理能力下降，甚至完全依赖的情况，持续影响患者生活质量。 该研究对自理能力概念、重症患者自理能力现况、影响因素、改善措施进行综述，提出目前研究中的不足和建议，旨在为改善重症患者自理能力、提高其远期生活质量提供参考。

Abstract: Activities of daily living（ADL） is a basic ability for individuals to maintain daily life. Patients with severe diseases are usually dependent on ADL. In addition，due to the influence of post- intensive care syndrome，patients may experience long-term deterioration of ADL and continuous influence on the quality of life of patients after transferring out of ICU. This paper reviews the concept of ADL，the status of ADL of critically ill patients，influencing factors and improvement measures，and puts forward the shortcomings and suggestions in current research，aiming to provide reference for improving the ADL of critically ill patients and improving their long-term quality of life.
