提升医院发热门诊应急成效的管理实践

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文总结了某公立医院发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒感染（以下简称新冠感染）疫情的管理体会。通过新建建筑和调整布局、设置分区管理模式、优化人力资源配置、改进清洁与消毒方法等一系列措施,提升了发热门诊的疫情应急救治能力,防控院内交叉感染与传播,提高了急危重症患者救治成功率。

关键词: 发热门诊, 新型冠状病毒感染, 抗原性变异, 护理管理研究

Abstract: This paper summarized the management experience of a public hospital fever clinic in dealing with novel coronavirus pneumonia（COVID-19）. Through a series of measures,such as constructing new buildings and adjusting the layout,setting the regional management mode,optimizing the allocation of human resources,and improving the cleaning and disinfection methods,the emergency treatment capacity of fever clinic has been improved to prevent and control cross-infection and transmission within the hospital,and the success rate of treatment of critically ill patients has been increased.
