摘要/Abstract

摘要： 睾丸扭转是青少年最常见的泌尿系统急症,若处理不及时将导致睾丸坏死,严重影响患儿健康。早期识别、及时诊断及尽早干预是避免睾丸切除的关键环节。该研究回顾100例青少年睾丸扭转的临床特点和护理经验,认为制订标准化诊疗流程并对预检、急诊及专科医护人员进行深入培训,有助于缩短患儿就诊至手术的时间窗;同时需进一步加强针对青少年及其家长的健康教育和基层医疗机构医护人员的培训,共同争取治疗的黄金时间,减少睾丸坏死的发生。

Abstract: Testicular torsion is the most common urological emergency in adolescents and children. Failure to deal with it in time will lead to testicular necrosis and seriously affect their health. Early recognition,timely diagnosis and early intervention are the key to avoid orchiectomy. This research reviewed clinical features and nursing experience of 100 cases with testicular torsion. The formulation of standardized diagnosis and treatment process can effectively shorten the time from visiting the hospital to the operation. Meanwhile,we need to strengthen the popular science education for young children and their parents,and training for the primary medical personnel,striving for the golden time of treatment together to reduce the occurrence of testicular necrosis.
