便携式三维伤口评估工具临床应用的研究进展

摘要: 随着信息技术及人工智能的快速发展,便携式三维(three-dimensional,3D)伤口评估工具或成为最有潜力的伤口评估方式。该文对不同测量原理的便携式3D伤口评估工具进行综述,总结该类评估工具的技术原理、评估方式及临床应用现状,分析不同原理评估工具的优势和局限性,为后续便携式3D伤口评估工具的临床应用及推广提供参考。但国内该类评估工具相关研究尚处于起步阶段,需进一步积累循证证据,同时进行功能优化以提高特殊形状伤口的测量准确性。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence,portable three-dimensional(3D) wound assessment tools may become the most promising wound assessment method. This article reviews portable 3D wound assessment tools with different measurement principles,summarizes the technical principles,evaluation methods,and clinical application status of these assessment tools,analyzes the advantages and limitations of different assessment tools,providing reference for the clinical application and promotion of portable 3D wound assessment tools in the future. However,research on such tools in China is still in its early stage,and further evidence-based accumulation is needed. At the same time,functional optimization is needed to improve the measurement accuracy of special wounds.
