摘要： 同伴支持是指具有类似压力或健康问题的人员聚在一起，从经验丰富的同伴和新手同伴中获得信息和情感支持。 该文综述了同伴支持在ICU患者康复过程中的实施模式、干预效果、作用机制和面临挑战，并对未来进一步开展相关干预和研究提出了建议。 同伴支持可为重症患者提供必要的支持和帮助，但实施模式和评价手段有待进一步优化和完善。

Abstract: Peer support refers to the people with similar stress or health problems get gathered and obtain information and emotional support from each other. This article summarizes the implementation mode，intervention effects，mechanism and challenges of peer support in the rehabilitation process of ICU patients，and puts forward suggestions for further intervention and research in the future. Peer support can provide necessary support and help for severe patients，but the implementation mode and evaluation method need to be further optimized and improved.
