肺囊性纤维化患儿行双肺移植的术后护理

摘要：

回顾1例因常染色体基因突变导致肺囊性纤维化患儿接受双肺移植术的护理体会，针对儿童体重较轻、围手术期管理难度大等特点，采取目标导向型容量管理，以护士为主导，重塑咳嗽反射，有效的体位引流及渐进式肺复张训练管理；消化道并发症诊治及护理，免疫抑制药物护理等。经过24 d的住院治疗与护理，患儿顺利出院。

Abstract: To review the nursing experience of a child with pulmonary cystic fibrosis caused by autosomal gene mutations and undergoing bilateral lung transplantation. Aiming at the characteristics of the child such as low weight and difficult perioperative management，we adopted goal-ori- ented volume management，and nurse-led cough reflex remodeling，effective posture drainage and progressive lung re- cruitment training management. Treatment and nursing of digestive tract complications，and immunosuppressive drug care were also implemented. After 24 days of hospitalization and nursing，the child was discharged smoothly.
