成人ICU患者肠内营养喂养不耐受风险预测模型的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 成人ICU患者肠内营养喂养不耐受发生风险高,不仅增加了护理难度,也会增加患者死亡风险,严重影响其临床结局。该文对成人ICU患者肠内营养喂养不耐受风险预测模型研究现状进行综述,从风险预测模型概述,逻辑回归模型、列线图模型、深部学习模型的相关内容以及预测价值、风险预测模型功能及应用效果等方面进行介绍,旨在为临床医护人员正确选择与应用模型,优化喂养不耐受管理实践提供参考依据。

Abstract: Adult ICU patients have a high risk of enteral nutrition intolerance. It not only increases the difficulty of nursing,but also increases the risk of death and seriously affects the clinical outcome. This paper reviews the research on risk prediction models of enteral nutrition intolerance in adult ICU patients,introduces the risk prediction model overview,Logistic regression model,nomogram model,deep learning model,prediction value,function and application effects of risk prediction model,in order to provide reference for the correct selection and application of the model for clinical medical staff,and to optimize the management of feeding intolerance practice.
