摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例格斯特曼综合征合并甲状腺危象患者的护理体会。针对患者病情快速进展、甲状腺危象、感染防控等问题,采取识别疾病风险点,重点预防误吸和跌倒;通过床边三级查房明确护理难点和重点;快速识别甲状腺危象,组织抢救;落实院感防控、遗传风险告知等措施。经过16 d的治疗与护理,患者病情稳定后出院;随访3个月,患者状况良好。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a case of Gerstmann-Sträussler-Scheinker syndrome with thyroid crisis. In view of nursing problems including rapid progress of disease,thyroid crisis,infection prevention and control,interventions were adopted,including recognizing the disease risk points and emphasis on preventing aspiration and falls,identifying nursing difficulties and key points through bedside three-level rounding,quick recognition of thyroid crisis and rescue,implementation of nosocomial infection prevention and control,and genetic risk notification. After 16 days of treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged from the hospital after his condition was stable. After discharge,she was followed up for 3 months and was in good condition.
