四肢创伤骨折患者急性疼痛管理的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for acute pain management in patients with traumatic limb fractures

摘要: 目的 检索并评价四肢创伤骨折患者急性疼痛管理的相关证据,为临床提供参考。方法 运用循证护理方法,针对四肢创伤骨折患者急性疼痛管理提出问题,检索相关文献,采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准和证据分级系统,对相关研究进行文献质量评价及证据级别评定、总结。结果 共纳入30篇文献,其中18篇临床决策、6篇指南、4篇最佳实践、2篇证据总结,从教育培训、疼痛评估、固定、非药物止痛、药物止痛、健康教育6个方面总结了31条证据。结论 本研究总结了四肢创伤骨折患者急性疼痛管理的最佳证据,可为护理人员管理四肢创伤骨折患者的急性疼痛提供循证依据。

Abstract: Objective To search and evaluate the evidence of acute pain management in patients with traumatic fracture of limbs,and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods By using evidence-based nursing method,the authors formulated questions on the management of acute pain in patients with traumatic fracture of limbs,and searched relevant literature,used the literature evaluation standard and evidence grading system of Australian Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI) Evidence-based Health Care Center to evaluates the literature quality and evidence grade of all kinds of research. Results A total of 30 articles were included,including 18 clinical decisions,6 guidelines,4 best practices,and 2 evidence summaries,31 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects including education and training,pain assessment,fixation,non-pharmacological pain relief,pharmacological pain relief,health education. Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence of acute pain management in patients with traumatic fractures of the extremities,and provides evidence for nursing staff to manage acute pain in patients with traumatic fractures of the extremities.
