多发伤患者体外膜肺氧合治疗期间多次更换膜肺的护理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 报告1例严重多发伤脾切除术后合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征行体外膜肺氧合治疗患者的护理体会。针对患者病情危重复杂,体外膜肺氧合治疗期间多次更换膜肺,需预防和处理出血和血栓并发症等问题,制订个性化抗凝护理、营养支持、肢体康复、心理康复等护理措施。经过88 d的治疗和护理,患者康复出院。

Abstract: The nursing experience of a patient with extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation after severe multiple injury splenectomy with acute respiratory distress syndrome was reported. In view of the complex and critical condition of the patient,the membrane lungs were replaced for many times during the extracorporeal membrane lung oxygenation treatment,the prevention and care of bleeding and thrombosis complications were needed,and personalized nursing measures such as anticoagulant care,nutritional support,physical rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation were formulated.After 88 d of treatment and care,the patient recovered and was discharged.
