中西医结合医院ICU护士对失禁相关性皮炎认知现状的调查研究

摘要：

目的了解中西医结合医院ICU护士对失禁相关性皮炎(incontinence-associated dermatitis,IAD)护理的认知现状,为中西医结合医院开展IAD护理培训提供参考依据。方法采用 自行编制的问卷对浙江省5所中西医结合医院8个ICU 212名护士进行关于IAD知识、态度、行为的调查。结果护 士对IAD护理知识、态度和行为的得分分别为.(5.30+1.65)分、( 30.83+2.28)分和(22.54+3.67)分，平均得分率分别为58.89%、96.34%、80.50%;不同年龄、学历、职称、职务、ICU工作年限与是否为慢性伤口小组成员的护士对IAD护理知识维度的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历、职称与ICU工作年限的护士对IAD护理的态度维度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职务与是否为慢性伤口小组成员的护士对IAD护理的行为维度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归结果显示,学历、是否为慢性伤口小组成员是ICU护士IAD护理知信行总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论中 西医结合医院ICU护士对IAD护理的态度较为积极，但知识与护理行为有待提高。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current situation of ICU nurses' cognition of incontinence -associated dermatitis (IAD) nursing in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals ,and to provide reference for the nursing training of IAD in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals. Methods A selfdesigned questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge , attitudes and behaviors of 212 nurses in 8 intensive care units of five traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals. Results The total scores of nurses on . knowledge ,attitudes and behaviors of IAD nursing were (5 30+1.65), (30.83+2.28) and (22.54+3.67) respectively, with an average score of 58.89%, 96.34% and 80.50%. Knowledge scores were different among nurses with different age , educational level ,job titles , position,years of ICU work and as the member of the chronic wound team( P<0.05). The attitudes were significantly associated with nurses' educational level , job titles, years of ICU work( P<0.05). Nurses'behaviors were associated with position, the member of the chronic wound team( P<0.05 ). Multiple logistic regress ion analysis showed that educational level and the member of the chronic wound team w ere influencing factors for the total scores of knowledge ,ttitudes , and behav iors (P<0.05). Conclusion ICU nurses in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals have positive attitude towards IAD nursing ,but the knowledge and nursing behaviors need to be improved.
