急诊科结构化护理团队对体外心肺复苏患者急救效果的影响

The influence of structured nursing team on emergency outcomes inpatients with extracorporeal cardiopulmonaryresuscitation in emergency department

摘要:

目的探讨 急诊科结构化护理团队对体外心肺复苏(extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation , ECPR).者急救效果的影响。方法将我院急诊科56名护 士分为7个结构化团队,完成急诊科结构化护理团队培训和考核。回顾性分析20188月一-201912月 我院急诊科实施结构化护理团队以来收治的12ECPR患者的临床资料,包括一般资料、患者诊断物资准备时间、管路预充时间、患者心搏骤停至体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxy-genation, ECMO)建立时间、ECMO支持时间、是否撒机以及患者预后等。结果急诊科结 构化护理团队实施以后,患者心搏骤停至ECMO建立时间由1.5 h缩短至最快24 min完成;急诊滞留时间由4.5 h缩短至1.5 h。结论急诊科结构化护理团队能够减少患者心搏骤停至ECMO建立时间,缩短患者急诊科滞留时间。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency structured nursing team in extracorporeal cardiopul-monary resuscitation(ECPR). Methods 56 nurses in the emergency department of our hospital were divided into 7structured ladder teams, and completed the training and assessment. Retrospective analysis of 12 extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients treated in the emergency department from August 2018 to December 2019 sincethe implementation of the structured nursing team. Clinical data included general information , patient diagnosis , materialpreparation time , pipeline pre-filling time , patient cardiacarrest to extracorporeal membrane oxy ge nation( ECMO) establishment time , ECMO support time , weaning and prognosis of patents and so on. ResultsAfter theimplementation of the structured nursing team model ,the total time from cardiac arrest to ECMO establishment was reduced from 1.5 hours to 24 minutes at the fas test , emergency department length of stay was reduced from 4.5 hours to 1.5 hours. Conclusion Emergency structured nursing team can reduce the time from cardiac arrest to ECMO establishment and the emergency department length of stay.
