摘要：

目的：探讨区域分级诊疗模式对经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者心脏康复的意义。方法：选取首次就诊并行PCI治疗的160例急性冠脉综合征患者,按手术时间分试验组和对照组各80例。试验组采用区城胸痛中心- -康复专科医院一-社区居家康复分级诊疗模式进行心脏康复，对照组采用PCI术后常规居家康复。比较2组患者的心脏康复护理质量指标、参与程度、负性情绪的差异。结果：试验组心脏康复、护理质量指标参与程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：区域分级诊疗模式下对PCI术后患者实施心脏康复训练,能提高其心脏康复依从性,有效减少术后并发症,改善治疗结局。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the significance of regional hierarchical medical mode in cardiac rehabilitationof patients after percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI). MethodsA total of 160 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into control group(n=80) and experimental group(n=80) according to the time of operation.The control group was treated with routine home rehabilitation after PCI, while the experimental group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation under the hierarchical nursing model of " regional chest pain center-rehabilitation specialist hospital-community home rehabilitation". The cardiac rehabilitation nursing quality index , participation degree and negative emotion were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality index and the participation degree of cardiac rehabilitation in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group ，and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self- Rating.Depression Scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation for patients after PCI under regional h ierarchical medical mode can improve patients’ cardiac rehabilitation compliance ，effectively reduce postoperative complications and improve the outcome.
