积极情感在急诊科护士家庭支持型主管行为与工作倦怠关系中的中介作用

摘要：

目 的：探讨积极情感在急诊科护士家庭支持型主管行为与工作倦怠关系中的中介作用。方法：采取便利抽样法选取110名急诊科护士作为研究对象,使用家庭支持型主管行为简版量表、积极情感量表以及工作倦怠量表对其进行调查。结果：急诊科护士家庭支持型主管行为得分为(3.43±0.88)分,积极情感得分为(3.14±0.79)分,工作倦怠得分为(3.38±1.03)分;家庭支持型主管行为(r=-0.336 ,P<0.001)、积极情感(r= -0.176,P=0.012)与工作倦怠呈负相关;家庭支持型主管行为对工作倦怠具有直接负向预测作用,积极情感在家庭支持型主管行为与工作倦怠间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的15.96%。结论：临床护理管理者应对急诊科护士实施家庭支持型主管行为,以提高其积极情感，降低工作倦怠感。

Abstract:

Objective   To  examine  the  mediating  effect of  positive emotion  on the  relationship  between family supportive supervisor behaviors and job burnout in emergency department nurses. Methods  Totally  110 nurses selected by convenience sampling method were investigated by the Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors Short-Form (FSSB-SF),the  Positive  Emotion  Scale  and  Maslach  Burnout  Inventory-General  Survey  (MBI-GS).  Results   The score of family  support supervisor behaviors,positive emotion and  job burnout were  (3.43士0.88 )，(3.14士0.79)   and (3.38士1.03) respectively. The family supportive supervisor behaviors(r=-0.336,P<0.001),positive emotion (r=-0.176,P=0.012) were negatively related to  job burnout. The family  supportive supervisor behaviors directly negatively predieted job burnout. Positive emotion partially mediated the association between family supportive supervisor behaviors and job bumout,accounted for 15.96% of the total effect.  Conclusion  Clinical nursing managers should give family supportive supervisor behaviors to emergency department nurses to improve their positive emotion and reduce the job burnout.
