摘要:

目的:探讨非 暴力沟通培训在提升产科护士应对护患冲突能力中的应用效果。方法对产科病房31名 护士进行非暴力沟通培训,包括理论学习、情境模拟、沟通体验。比较培训前后护士同理心水平、冲突处理模式、护士沟通失败率以及发生冲突患者的满意率。结果培训后护 士的同理心水平显著提高(P<0.01);护士协作的冲突处理模式得分显著提高,妥协的冲突处理模式得分显著降低(P<0.01);护士沟通失败率显著降低(P<0.01);发生冲突患者的满意率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论非暴力沟通培训可提高产科护 士的同理心水平,提升应对护患冲突的能力,降低护士的沟通失败率,提高发生冲突患者的满意率。

Abstract:

Objective :To explore the effects of nonviolent communication training for improving nuses' capacity of coping with nurse-patient conflict in obstetric wards. Methods A nonviolent communication training program was conducted for 31 nurses in obstetric wards , including theoretical training , scenario-based simulation and communication experience. The level of empathy,the way of conflict coping, the rate of commnication failure and satisfaction of patients with conflict before and after the training were compared. Results The level of empathy was improved significantly after training (P<0.01). The score of integrating style of handling interpersonal conflict was significantly improved , whereas the score of compromising style of handling interpersonal conflict was significantly decreased after the training (P<0.01). The rate of communication failure was decreased significantly (P<0.01 ), and the satisfaction rate of patients with conflict was improved (P<0.01). Conclusion Nonviolent communication training can increase

obstetric nurses' empathy level and improve their capacity of handling nurse-patient conflict , decrease the rate of communication failure and improve the satisfaction rate of patients with conflict.
