Abstract: This article summarized the nursing experience in managing a case of ovarian cancer patient with concurrent acute ischemic stroke. Considering the patient's atypical stroke symptoms,the need for prompt diagnosis and the initiation of thrombolytic therapy,the nurse promptly initiated rapid response team （RRT）and played a leading role in facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration. During the thrombolysis period,meticulous monitoring and management of bleeding risks were emphasized. Additionally,special attention was given to preventing ischemic events during neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The patient underwent phased rehabilitation training to promote limb recovery. With meticulous nursing care,the patient was discharged smoothly. The patient completed subsequent timely and adequate chemotherapy,and followed by scheduled surgical intervention. A 3-month follow-up assessment revealed that the patient's condition was good.
