成人ICU医护人员及患者对关怀性触摸认知及体验的Meta整合

Abstract:

Objective To systematically integrate the qualitative research on the caring touch cognition and experience of medical staff and patients in adult intensive care units. Methods We searched qualitative studies on adult ICU caring touch experience in databases such as PubMed，Web of Science，CNKI，and Wanfang Database，with a search period from the establishment of the database to September 1，2025. Two researchers independently conducted article screening and data extraction. The qualitative research quality evaluation tool（2016 edition） of the Evidence Based Healthcare Center of the Joanna Briggs Institute in Australia was used for literature quality evaluation，and the results were integrated using meta integration method. Results A total of 8 articles were included，and 43 research results were extracted. Similar results were classified into 11 new categories and integrated into 3 integrated results：benefits of caring touch for ICU nurse-patient relationships and communication，multidimensional psychological support provided by caring touch for patients，and the influencing factors of caring touch implementation. Conclusion Caring touch in adult ICU is an important way to maintain humanized communication and trust，providing multidimensional psychological support，and its implementation is influenced by multiple factors. Nursing managers should strengthen relevant training，optimize organizational environment and support systems，and improve the quality of ICU nursing.
