Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a child with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated by right ventricular thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Due to the atypical clinical manifestations, critical condition, and nursing challenges such as high risk of bleeding during thrombolysis and potential thrombus dislodgement, the following strategies were implemented, including early risk stratification assessment for pulmonary embolism, formulation of a precise thrombolytic regimen, dynamic monitoring of thrombolytic efficacy, and timely detection of re-embolism symptoms. After 23 days of treatment and specialized care, the patient stabilized and was discharged. Follow-up at one month showed favorable recovery.
