妊娠晚期脐动脉血栓形成患者的围产期护理

Abstract

Abstract: To summarize the prenatal clinical manifestations and perinatal nursing experience of 15 patients with umbilical artery thrombosis during late pregnancy. Nursing points：early identification of high-risk factors for umbilical artery thrombosis,strengthening monitoring of fetal heart and fetal movement,prevention of adverse drug reactions and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,implementation of personalized psychological nursing,and preparation for newborn rescue. After close monitoring,careful treatment and nursing,the 15 patients were discharged successfully,and the outcome of the mother and baby were good.
