海南省海上应急救援保障体系存在的问题及对策分析

Abstract

Abstract: To analyze the current situation and problems of the maritime emergency rescue security system of Hainan Province and put forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a basis for effectively responding to various emergencies at sea. We suggested to use the theory of management,integrate all forces to construct professional teams and integrate the allocation of emergency rescue materials,standardize and optimize the procedures of maritime emergency rescue,and speed up the legislative process of maritime emergency,so as to improve the maritime rescue security system in Hainan Province.
