Abstract:

Objective To explore the significance of regional hierarchical medical mode in cardiac rehabilitationof patients after percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI). MethodsA total of 160 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into control group(n=80) and experimental group(n=80) according to the time of operation. The control group was treated with routine home rehabilitation after PCI, while the experimental group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation under the hierarchical nursing model of " regional chest pain center-rehabilitation specialist hospital-community home rehabilitation". The cardiac rehabilitation nursing quality index , participation degree and negative emotion were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality index and the participation degree of cardiac rehabilitation in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self- Rating.Depression Scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation for patients after PCI under regional h ierarchical medical mode can improve patientscardiac rehabilitation compliance effectively reduce postoperative complications and improve the outcome.
