Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of standardized process management for early exercise in patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Methods An early multidisciplinary cooperative exercise management team was established to develop standardized early exercise programs, organize training, and implement early exercise according to the process. Results After the implementation of early exercise standardization process management, the me-chanical ventilation time,ICU length of stay,VAP incidence rate, delirium incidence rate, incidence of exercise-relat-ed adverse events, and early exercise unplanned interruption rate were all decreased, and the differences were sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It is very important to implement standardized process management for early exercise of mechanical ventilation patients, which can effectively improve exercise efficiency and ensure patient safety.
