总结1例重度胡蜂蜇伤致多器官功能障碍综合征患者的护理体会。针对患者被大量胡蜂蜇伤短时间内出现肝肾及血液系统损害、病情进展迅速、需维持内环境稳定、防止器官功能恶化等问题，采取早期清除毒物，制订最佳血液净化及抗凝方案；动态监测多器官功能指标，实施有效措施保护靶器官；优化营养方案，促进组织器官功能恢复；采用中医手法改善睡眠，促进组织修复等措施。经过12 d精心治疗及护理，患者好转出院。

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with severe wasp sting-induced multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. A patient suffered from severe wasp stings in a short period of time，which led to rapid liver，kidney，and hematological system damage，and rapid disease progression，needed to maintain stable internal environment，and prevent organ function deterioration. The following measures were taken，including the early removal of toxins，development of an optimal blood purification and anticoagulation regimen，dynamic monitoring of multi-organ function indicators and implementation of effective measures to protect target organs，optimization of the nutrition plan to promote tissue and organ function recovery，and application of traditional Chinese medicine techniques to improve sleep and promote tissue repair. After 12 days of meticulous treatment and nursing care，the patient improved and was discharged from the hospital.
