The application of an information interaction system in the treatment of severe trauma patients within “1-hour trauma emergency circle”

摘要

目的 探讨“1 h创伤急救圈”信息交互系统在严重创伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法 基于“1 h创伤急救圈”构建实时、精准、共享的信息交互系统。采用便利抽样法,选取郑州市某三级甲等医院2023年1月1日—12月31日收治的138例严重创伤患者为试验组,应用信息交互系统抢救模式;2022年1月1日—12月31日收治的100例严重创伤患者作为对照组,应用常规抢救模式。比较两组院前院内衔接的关键时间指标、患者24 h存活率、急诊手术率、护理不良事件发生率、急诊绕行率的差异。 结果 试验组院前反应时间、院内预警时间、确定性治疗时间、急诊停留时间、急诊就诊到手术时间低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组较对照组的24 h存活率(98.56%与92.00%)、急诊手术率(41.30%与27.00%)、护理不良事件发生率(3.62%与11.00%)、急诊绕行率(13.00%与1.00%)均明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 “1 h创伤急救圈”信息交互系统可显著缩短患者救治时间,降低医疗安全不良事件发生率,提高救治成功率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of an interactive information system on the outcomes of severe trauma patients within the “1-hour trauma emergency circle”. Methods Based on the “1-hour trauma emergency circle”,a real-time,accurate,and shared information interaction system was constructed. Using convenience sampling,138 severely injured patients admitted to a tertiary class A hospital in Zhengzhou from January 1to December 31,2023,were selected as the experimental group,the information interaction model was applied. 100 severely injured patients admitted from January 1,to December 31,2022,were selected as the control group,the conventional rescue model was applied. The key time indicators,24-hour survival rate,emergency surgery rate,incidence of adverse events,and emergency bypass rate were compared between the two groups. Results The pre-hospital response time,in-hospital warning time,definitive treatment time,emergency stay time,and emergency visit to surgery time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the 24-hour survival rate(98.56% vs. 92.00%),emergency surgery rate(41.30% vs. 27.00%),adverse event rate(3.62% vs. 11.00%),and emergency bypass rate(13.00% vs. 1.00%) were significantly improved in the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of information interaction system in the “1-hour trauma emergency circle” can significantly shorten the time of patient treatment,reduce the incidence of medical adverse events,and improve the success rate of treatment.
